What do I do if the infant’s shoulders are below the bottom harness slots?

In the event an infant’s shoulders are below the bottom harness slots of your Foonf or Fllo, use the lowest set of slots until the child’s shoulders reach the second slots from the bottom. The infant-thingy instruction manual explains how to adjust the harness for an infant during the initial set up. It is safe for the harness straps to be above a newborn’s shoulders when using the lowest set of harness slots, provided the harness can be properly tightened and positioned on the infant.
