We accept returns on Clek car seats, booster seats and accessories (excluding the q-tether and p-thingy) as long as they meet the following criteria:
- Unused and in original packaging with a valid receipt from Clekinc.ca.
- Tags, manuals and labels still attached.
- Return is processed within thirty (30) days from the date the product was purchased.
The cost to ship the returned product is the customers responsibility and is as follows: $40 for Liing, Liingo, Foonf, Fllo, Oobr, Clek Infant Car Seat Base, Weelee | $20 for Olli/Ozzi models, Infant-thingy | $10 for other accessories. Please note that costs are per item.
We will refund the cost of the applicable product (excluding shipping) once our quality control team has reviewed and completed their inspection and confirms it meets the above noted criteria. We reserve the right to refuse a return and deny credit if returned product fails to meet these criteria.
If the product is damaged at the time of purchase/arrival, we will happily send a replacement and provide a label for you to return the seat. Please provide photos, manufacturing date and serial number for our records. Click here to find out how to locate the date of manufacturing and serial number associated with your specific seat.
To begin the return process, you will need your order # along with the email address associated with your order.
We do not accept returns on q-tether, p-thingy or items marked Open Box. Replacement parts are also non-refundable.
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order during the processing stage of the order by calling or emailing us with your order confirmation number at 1-866-656-2462 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your order has been provided a tracking number it is too late to cancel, but you may return any unwanted items in accordance with our return policy above.
Promotional Price Guarantee
We honor promotional pricing on orders placed within fourteen (14) days before the start of a promotion (with the exception of national selling holidays such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Boxing Day).
