Orders require 3-5 business days for processing (unless noted otherwise during sale periods).

Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes.

International Shipping

We currently do NOT ship to addresses outside of Canada.

UPS Claims

ShopClek promises to find solutions to any damage that arises as a result of shipping, including part replacement and any shipping charges resulting from returns and exchanges of damaged items.

Clek will assist customers with filing a UPS claim in the event of loss, theft, or denial signature. However, Clek is not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact UPS about any loss or delivery disputes as per our Risk of Loss statement. Doing so allows time to work with UPS, your local authorities, and insurance company regarding any matters of theft.

Credit Card Processing

This site is a subsidiary of Clek Inc., and all credit card processing will be performed by Clek Inc. The charge on your statement will appear from “Clek Inc.”, though certain payment processors may choose to display the charge differently.

We verify all billing addresses with the credit cards, and if the address you enter does not match the credit card record, your order will not be processed.
